This month, the Famous 5 are making a stop at the Entwistle Library as part of the Trailblazers Tour.

If you’re in the area, stop in to meet the five women who helped change Canadian history. Learn how Emily Murphy, Nellie McClung, Louise McKinney, Henrietta Muir Edwards, and Irene Parlby challenged the idea that women weren’t “persons” under Canadian law.

And while you’re there, stay awhile! Browse the shelves, pick your next great read, bring the kids for a library visit, and spend some time exploring the stories of women who helped open doors for generations to come.
