Youth Engagement
The Famous 5 Youth Education Committee encourages the teaching of the remarkable stories of the Famous 5 to students. An understanding how these women accomplished what they did with little authority and in the face of prejudice and antagonism, provides an example of good citizenship. This can teach today's children how they too can fight injustice and make a difference.
We are currently looking to develop new interactive youth engagement initiatives.
